a2zdecalz Site. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to
be bound by the agreement represented by these terms and conditions, you
may not access the Site. Tone Doctor's Music may modify the agreement at
any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon
posting. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of
such modifications and your continued access shall be deemed your
conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
RETURNS
a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) designs and manufactures all products according to the
information supplied by the customer. a2zdecalz (a
division of Tone Doctor's Music) is not
responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not
returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully
and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email
issued at time of order placement.
a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) will replace or exchange only those products which
are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. Tone
Doctor's Music quality control assures that all products are checked for
flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival
and notify Tone Doctor's Music of any problems with 48 hours. Any orders
that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30%
restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order
placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
EXCHANGES
All products designed and manufactured by a2zdecalz
(a division of Tone Doctor's Music) are done
so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the
customer. a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's
Music) is not responsible for spelling or
typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges
available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or
color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to
the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order. Any
orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged
a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order
placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
SHIPPING METHOD and COST
a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) ships US MAIL 1st
CLASS on all automated website orders.
Customers are charged $3.95 shipping per order on all automated website
orders, regardless of decal size or quantity.
Additional Shipping charges will be applied ONLY AS NEEDED on custom
orders that require correspondence, based on size and quantity.
Other shipping methods are available at the customers request, with the
customer responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
SHIPPING DELAYS
a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping
including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) will make every effort to rectify the situation
where feasible.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or
damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and
can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. a2zdecalz (a division of Tone Doctor's Music) is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or
damaged shipments.
Automated Website Orders are shipped usually within 2 business days of
your order, and are shipped US Mail - 1st Class Mail.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED
INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a
package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in
submitting the proper shipping address, a2zdecalz
(a division of Tone Doctor's Music) will reship
the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee
for the shipment.
